Spring 2020 Healthy Living Bulletin
Cherise, CDCI’s Heathy Living Coordinator, has put together our first Healthy Living Bulletin. In this edition, she writes on individualizing eating habits, the importance of physical exercise, stress management (regular and COVID-related), and the importance of getting a physical check-up.
