Listening Session about Smoking is on June 5th
Call for Participants

Are you a person with a disability who smokes?

Are you a person with a disability who has quit smoking?

Are you a caregiver of a person with a disability and are you a smoker or a former smoker?

If so, we’d like to hear about your experiences!

Your experiences will help us learn more about smoking and people with disabilities.

We will award each participant a $10 gift card for your time. Should you need reimbursement for transportation, that is available with a receipt.
If you are a caregiver of a person with a disability, and you are a smoker or a former smoker, please join us as we’d love to hear from you too!

Where: NYS Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (NYSDDPC), 99 Washington Avenue (1 Commerce Plaza), Suite 1230, Albany, NY 12210 (enter through main doors on Washington Avenue)

When: Wednesday, June 5, 2019 

Time : 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Snacks will be served.

Once you enter through main doors, take elevator bank on the right to Floor 12. Head down to end of hallway to the NYSDDPC Conference Room.

The smoking cessation focus group will be hosted for the Independent Living Center of the Hudson Valley.
 

The Independent Living Center of the Hudson Valley and the DDPC are two organizations serving people with disabilities.
